Currently Boxary runs like a plugin for GeekLog, but is intended to run stand alone.

Main entry point is the Canvas, that can be populated with Capsules. Having that in place, Boxary supports Apps to process data (using a graph notation) in hierarchical trees. Apps have the form of a configuration, not specific php code.
